About HanHua

HanHua Semiconductor is a leading semiconductor wafer and

chip supplier located in the Suzhou Industrial Park（SIP）.

Founded in 2017 the company has established a state-of-the

art semiconductor facility over 20000㎡ in size，a 5000㎡ calss

100/100 clean room, 20MOCVDs, and 6-8 inch chip line for the

mass production of MEMS and optoelectronics.

HanHua offers a comprehensive GaN-on-Sapphire and Gan-on-

Si epi-wafer products for HEMTs, LEDs and other advanced

structures. In addition , HanHua offers RGB mini-micro LED chip

products, as well as MEMS-based semiconductor micro fluid 

chip products that utilize our unique 3DIC hybrid bonding 

technology.
